Achievements to date:
The Kent, Surrey and Sussex area is one of the largest RESPECT geographical areas in the country. With a strong established committee we hold Committee Meetings and Road shows across this large area every month to network with staff of all grades and disciplines. We support all staff and promote equality of opportunity for all and thus support those staff who feel that they are not receiving the support they should be to progress and, talk to staff who have overcome such barriers.
